Ciabòt: for those who don’t speak Piedmontese dialect, a ciabòt was a tiny little house built in the vineyard and mainly used for storing tools.
When work was particularly exhausting, it could also become a place where to spend the night. This is why we decided to continue along the path of tradition and restore the ciabòt that my grandfather built, in 1930, in Roddino, a small town in the Langhe. A place full of peace and silence, among woods and vineyards.
